We want participants to perceive an immediate benefit from the beta program. The program begins with an assessment to identify the current state of the participant's business and identify longer-term growth goals. We provide a customized growth roadmap that serves as the foundation for the program, which delivers the following benefits:

Participation Details
Participation Fee
- The fee to participate in the RtGA beta program is $2,500.
When Does the Program Start?
- The beta program will kick off the second half of August or early September to secure four accounting and advisory leaders.
Duration
- The beta program will last two to three months.
Program Admission
- The beta program is accepting interested participants through a rolling admissions process until spots are filled. Interested accounting leaders should complete this short form.
- Once the beta program concludes, RtGA will be publicly available at full retail pricing.

1. Self-Assessment and Digital Presence Audit
The beta program begins with a self-assessment and an audit of your online visibility. As mentioned above, you can take the self-assessment, receive a positioning scorecard and receive a 90-day growth roadmap at no cost.
- Self-Assessment: Spend 15 to 20 minutes answering questions about the current growth trajectory of your practice, current visibility-enhancing activities, professional challenges and longer-term growth goals.
- Digital Audit: We will review your online presence to determine what impressions buyers may have about your expertise.
- Follow-up Consultation: During a follow-up call, we will evaluate the self-assessment and audit, and develop a 90-day growth scorecard. We will then outline a series of activities to move you in the direction of your long-term growth goals.
2. Strategic Visibility Upgrade
Once we have identified your growth goals and the current state of your practice (and the results of your digital audit, we should be able to deliver a strategic visibility grade. We do this by providing:
- Messaging gap analysis
- Competitor analysis report
- An upgraded online presence with differentiated expertise
3. Targeted Outreach
Engaging strategically important audiences is a key driver for long-term business success. During this project phase, we will develop:
- Ideal client/buyer demographics
- customized messaging to support your outreach
- repeatable lead generation system
4. Thought Leadership Planning
Reputation comes from consistent visibility to potential buyers. Thought leadership that consistently engages customer concerns and challenges can create real attraction. We help leaders accomplish this by:
- Reviewing your current thought leadership
- Aligning your long-term growth goals against key issues and topics
- Developing a publishing schedule
5. Build a Repeatable Operating System
Once you have received a strategic visibility update by differentiating your expertise, started publishing thought leadership that engages buyers and initiated a targeted outreach system, it is time to tie everything together with a repeatable reputation-enhancing operating system. This will include:
- A repeatable outreach and content development plan
- KPIs that reflect your current (and future) growth strategies
After we have shared an operating system customized to your growth journey, you have the option of managing future activities on your own or from additional support. Read more below.
What happens after the beta program?
Once you have received your operating system we will conclude the beta program with an exit interview that will cover the following:
- Program feedback (the good, the bad and the ugly): What did you think about the beta program? Was it valuable for you? Did it contribute to your professional growth and that of your practice?
- Testimonial: If you thought the program was valuable, would you consider contributing a testimonial about your experience?
- Referral: If you are willing to share, can you recommend someone you believe could benefit from the Reputation-to-Growth Accelerator?
